Every visit starts with a $75 service call that covers an in-home diagnosis and a written estimate. Approve the repair and we waive the $75. We never quote a repair price before the technician has seen your dryer.
Why can’t you quote a price over the phone?
A dryer that will not heat can fail in several places. We price after the diagnosis, so your estimate covers the part that actually failed, not a guess.
Should I repair my dryer or replace it?
A single failed part, such as a thermal fuse or heating element, is usually worth repairing. If a repair would cost close to a new dryer, we tell you so.
How soon can you come?
We offer same-day or next-day appointments when available. The phone is answered 24/7, so you can book whenever the problem starts.
