How Much Does Microwave Repair Cost?
The $75 service call covers the in-home diagnosis and a written estimate. If you approve the repair, we waive the $75. We do not quote repair prices over the phone, because the failed part sets the cost.
Is It Worth Repairing a Microwave?
Often, for built-in and over-the-range models, which cost more to replace than a countertop unit. For a basic countertop microwave, we tell you honestly if the repair is not worth it.
Why Is My Microwave Running but Not Heating?
The fan, light and turntable run on separate circuits from the heating system. A failed high-voltage diode or capacitor, or the magnetron, is a common cause. Unplug the unit and call a technician.
