Appliance Repair Services Questions, Answered
Which appliances do you repair?
Refrigerators, ovens, dryers, washing machines, dishwashers, ranges and stoves, microwaves and range hoods. All of it is residential, in the home.
Do you repair wine coolers?
Yes. Wine cooler repair is part of our refrigerator repair service, so book it the same way.
Do you install appliances or work on commercial equipment?
No. We repair home appliances only. We do not install, remove or haul appliances, and we do not take on commercial equipment or cosmetic repairs.
What does an appliance repair visit cost?
Every visit starts with a $75 service call that covers the in-home diagnosis and a written estimate. Approve the repair and the $75 is waived.
Will you tell me if my appliance is not worth repairing?
Yes. We diagnose it first, and if the repair costs more than the appliance is worth, you hear that on the visit.
How soon can you come out?
Often the same day or the next, depending on where you are in our service area. Our phone is answered 24/7, so call and we will tell you the first slot we have.
