“The front of my built in microwave came after the factory glue failed. The tech who was also the owner of the company came out reapplied the glue and being as it had to set for 24 hours, he showed me how to put it back together myself which saved me $200. I will call them again if I have an appliance need”

“Our bottom-drawer freezer stopped cooling, so I reached out for quotes. He was the fastest to respond and, even though he was on vacation, he made sure I was booked for an appointment. He came out, took a look at the issue, and quickly identified the problem. He explained everything in simple terms, and although we ultimately decided it was in our best interest to purchase a new refrigerator, his professionalism went above and beyond, if we ever have issues with other appliances he will be the first one I call. “I have an old 30+ year old washing machine. When I contacted Luc, he responded immediately and gave me several different options for when he could come to my house. Upon arrival he pulled out protective booties for his shoes to put on. So considerate. Luc was personable, professional and very easy to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem then fixed it. “Excellent service. I will use CareFix again and recommend them to others. Our refrigerator died suddenly and as you might imagine, it’s very stressful. Just the loss of food can be expensive but nothing compared to a new refrigerator. I found CareFix online and once I requested service Luke contacted me right away and come out very quickly. Luke was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems and explained it to me and answered any questions I had. The repair costs would have been quite high. Luke urged me to contact the manufacturer because the warranty likely had not expired. I did contact them and the refrigerator will be fixed at no cost to me.
